Humanists UK is committed to ensuring that all people with non-religious beliefs have access to pastoral support in hospitals, prisons and across a range of institutions and community settings, just as religious people have access to such support. It does this through its pastoral arm, Humanist Care.
Some members of NEH have undergone pastoral support training with Humanists UK and are accredited carers with the Non-Religious Pastoral Support Network (NRPSN), volunteering within the Chaplaincy services in local prisons and hospitals.
