To create a FUTURE society where Secular Democracy may exist, society and government must change and accept the following:

1) Introduce Reason, Logic and clarity of thought

2) Become emotional mature

3) Introduce Critical analysis, Honesty, Dissent, Transparency, Inquiry, Debate, Enquiry AND Education

4) Introduce Civility in government, removing Incivility as currently across the political spectrum there is a lack of civility and respect, turning public debates into shouting matches that only encourage more hard feelings and more division

Civility

(Good manners, Civic pride, Consensus, Cooperation, Use Evidence Based Reasoning, Neutral point of view, Information is free to review, contribute too, Criticise with evidence, References of evidence must be provided, Respect, Follow policies and guidelines that improve the system with Consensus Decision-Making NOT Group-Think)

Create a society and government that follows: Reason, Logic, clarity of thought, when it becomes Emotional mature this will include Critical analysis, honesty, dissent, transparency, inquiry, debate, enquiry and education

Vs.

Incivility

Direct rudeness (rudeness, insults, name-calling, gross profanity or indecent suggestions, personal attacks, lack of respect for elders, vandalism and hooliganism, through public drunkenness and threatening behaviour, No civic pride including racial, ethnic, sexual, disability-related, gender-related and religious slurs, and derogatory references to groups such as social classes or nationalities, ill-considered accusations of impropriety AND belittling a fellow editor, including the use of judgemental edit summaries or talk-page posts (e.g. “that is the stupidest thing I have ever seen”, “snipped crap”)

Other uncivil behaviours (taunting or baiting: deliberately pushing others to the point of breaching civility even if not seeming to commit such a breach themselves. All editors are responsible for their own actions in cases of baiting; a user who is baited is not excused by that if they attack in response, and a user who baits is not excused from their actions by the fact that the bait may be taken, harassment, includingWikihounding, bullying, personal or legal threats, posting of personal information, repeated email or user space postings, sexual harassment, lying AND quoting another editor out of context to give the impression they hold views they do not hold, or to malign them
